We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• An unboxing video of the sealed package is mandatory. Without video proof, returns will not be accepted.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-stitched or sale items are non-returnable.

Refunds

• Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
