Eligibility for returns

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• A sealed-package unboxing video is mandatory. Without this proof, returns cannot be processed.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

Non-returnable items

• Custom-stitched or tailored items.
• Sale or discounted items.

Refunds

• Once your return is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
